Beluga lentils are called the caviar of the lentils, because of their appearance and refined taste. After cooking, these black lentils are somewhat shiny, which makes them look like real caviar. They preserve their shape and texture during cooking.

Use

Beluga lentils are delicious in salads, pilav, couscous, on crackers. Rinse the lentils and cook them 15 to 20 minutes before adding them to dishes.
