Stainless Steel Grill
Our Stainless Steel Grills are perfect for cooking on. With a grill covering two thirds and a hot plate the other, they are practical and versatile. They are sturdy, strong and will not warp from the heat of the fire. They will take the weight of a heavy pan, so are ideal for some slow cooking too. Spray lightly with oil before each use for best results (we prefer rape seed oil as it has high flash point).
To clean use hot soapy water and a scrubbing brush. It will not return to its silver shiny colour as it will temper in the heat, but it will go a honey or bronze colour.

Hand forged Blacksmiths Slice
Perfect for handling food on your grill, our beautiful and practical slice is hand forged by our Blacksmith Steve Lloyd. It has a long stave with a stunning water or roman twist. They have a tactile handle made from local Herefordshire oak and a stitched leather strap so it can be easily hung up. The stainless steel slice has an oak leaf cut-out, which allows any oil to drain from your food before serving.
